Why We Built This Site
Missouri gives the public broad access to many government records through the Sunshine Law and Chapter 610, but Iron County records are still split by custodian. The Circuit Clerk maintains Civil, Criminal, Probate, Domestic, and Juvenile cases filed in the Circuit Court. The Recorder of Deeds handles marriage licenses and recorded instruments through the Recorder office and linked SFFlexSuite tools. The County Clerk handles County Commission and administrative county records. The Sheriff handles sheriff and custody questions, while the Missouri Department of Corrections and Department of Revenue maintain separate state systems.

- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or address listed on this site is current right now
Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
